  • Returns

    • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

    Book with obvious signs of use

    CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened

    Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

    Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

    • If you'd like a refund for your goods, but you can't return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.
    • You're not able to return items for exchange - if you want to change an item for a different size or color, you'll need to place a new order as all returned items will automatically be refunded.
    • We will refund the amount you paid when you purchased the item. This includes sale items.
    • Returns to us need to be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
    • All goods will be inspected on return within 3-5 days before the decision.
    • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it's packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.
    • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
    • Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning or obtain proof of posting.

    • You can use the label on your delivery and returns note, enclosed with your order or you can do that from our return center:
    • It can take up to 7 working days for your return to arrive at our warehouse and we'll send you an email to let you know once it has been received and your refund has been processed. Once your refund has been processed, depending on your card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account.


    Refunds (if applicable)

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    • Sale items can also be refunded by the sale price applied

    • We can’t exchange items. To be able to exchange your purchase, you need to return the product and reorder your item


    Gifts (if applicable)

    • If the item was marked as a gift the person that you sent will not get invoice within the parcel to keep the price you paid hidden.
    • If they want to return the item back, they can return the item with the return note that can be found in the parcel without needing an invoice.
    • We will contact only with the person that made the payment, not with the receiver.

    • You won’t be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
    • If you paid Shipping cost when buying your product, that shipping cost is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us may vary.
    • If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
