Delivery

If this is your first order with us, try checking your junk or spam inbox. Also, make sure that breakmood.com is in your whitelist or safe sender list.

If the above did not work, check your e-mail under my account section to be sure that your e-mail is correct

If you still haven't received a shipping confirmation please reach out to our support team or send a mail directly to support@breakmood.com and we will address respond within 1-3 business days.

Unfortunately its not possible to redirect your parcel if it was already shipped  

You will need to get in contact with the courier provider for any requests after the shipment was processed.

If you are a registered customer, you can track your order from your account .

You will see your tracking number in your order. Clicking on that number will lead you to the product tracking page when clicked

If you don't have a Breakmood account, you can track your order by using the tracking number sent by the delivery notification mails

Order issues

You'll be able to cancel your order depending on the fulfillment status.

You can view your order history by loging into your account.

Any order not marked as fulfilled can be partially or fully cancelled. Orders that are fulfilled cannot be cancelled expect under exceptional circumstances. 

If an order is fulfilled but you would still like to cancel it, please reach out to our support team via email support@breakmood.com. 

*Please note that we may not be able to cancel your order if the fulfillment process is over but we will try our best.

Unfortunately we can not make exchanges.

You'll need to return your purchased item and create a new order.

Changing your shipping address :

Depending on the status of your order you can change your shipping address by sending an email to our support team via support@breakmood.com

Changing other details :

you need to get in contact with our support team via email support@breakmood.com

You'll need to provide your order number and your mail address if you are not a registered customer. If you are a registered customer you'll only need to send the order number

Please provide images of the faulty products for our support team to evaluate.

After receiving approval for your return , you can go on from the “Returns & Refunds” menu.

You can send incorrect orders back to us directly by using “Returns & Refunds” menu.

After completing the return form you will be sent the prepaid label by mail for Australian post service. You can return your incorrect item to any Australian post office with your label and wait for us to contact you again regarding your return.

If you already find a return document in the parcel you received then you do not need to make the return trough the “Returns & Refunds” menu, you'll just need to fill the form and send the item back from any Australian post.

• In order to receive the correct item, you'll need to place a new order after or before your previous order is refunded

• Breakmood is not responsible for any items that are returned by mistake. If you wish to have retunred items sent back to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost

• It can usually take up to 7 business days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays) for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse

• Once your refund is completed we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know.

• Any refund will automatically be issued to the original payment method used when placing your order (i.e. card, PayPal account)

If you have a missing item in your delivery, we may have sent your items in separate parcels. You'll need to check your shipping confirmation email or your order status in the account page.

All Breamodd products conform to the oeko-tex-100 standards and chemical standards. Please contact our support email at support@breakmood.com for more detailed information

Size charts are available under product description for most products. If you can't find teh sizing information for a specific product please reach out to our support team at support@breakmood.com

90% of all available Breakmood products are stocked in our Australian warehouse.

Returns & Refunds

If the items meet the return policy :

if there is a return label sent with the product, you can return your parcel without any extra process.

if there is no return label in the parcel, you can contact our support team via email :  support@breakmood.com

Your refund will always go back onto the card used on your order as long as the card account is still open.

When a card is lost, stolen or cancelled, we can still refund that card if your account was not cancelled by your bank.

We cannot refund your order to a different card.

If you get in contact with us about not refunding your payment to your card then we will try to issue discount points usable for your future orders.

If you have any issues seeing your refund 10 workdays after it was completed by us, please get in touch at support@breakmood.com

Technical issues

If you wish to completely close your account, 
you'll need to get in contact with our support team at support@breakmood.com

Please note that closing your Breakmood account deletes all your order history, coupons or awards you have

If you try to sign in and a prompt says the email or password you're using isn't recognized please try the below steps:

1 : make sure that you are using the email address that you used to sign-up to breakmood.com

2 : If you are sure about the email address , you can try to reset your password from the login pop-up

3 : Try deleting your cookies of your web browser

4 : If none of the above works, please contact our support team at support@breakmood.com.
